Since 2010, Courtney has worked as an ecological biologist experienced in wetland delineations, vegetation mapping, aquatic and wildlife research, threatened and endangered species surveys, and habitat evaluations.  She has conducted biodiversity surveys, water quality sampling and analysis, and has a wide-ranging background in implementing conservation practices for several species. She is knowledgeable in federal and state regulations and programs, including the Endangered Species Act (ESA), Clean Water Act (CWA), State Aquatic Nuisance Species (SANS), and Boreal Toad Conservation Plan.

Jonathan brings a decade of cultural resources experience to help special districts, local governments, and developers address cultural resource permitting requirements and due diligence.  By conducting cultural resource surveys during planning phases or in anticipation of development, clients have been able to avoid costly redesign and delays.

Clint is a natural resource specialist with 18 years of experience in wetland delineations, vegetation mapping, habitat evaluation, and threatened and endangered species surveys for road construction projects, residential developments, oil and gas developments, water resource projects, and recreation plans. He has experience with water and soil sampling and analysis and a broad background in biological resources. Clint is experienced in Endangered Species Act (ESA) compliance, natural resource impact evaluations, and environmental permitting. He is especially knowledgeable in North American herpetology and has performed several field studies of reptile populations in the Rocky Mountain region, western United States, and Mexico.
