ERO assists state agencies with resource inventory, assessment, planning, and permitting to facilitate project execution. Whether the project is for roads, parks, trails, or other public infrastructure, we understand the importance of expert knowledge and advice to ensure efficiency, empower sound decision making, and rise to the expectations of leadership, partners, and the public. We are proud to provide environmental services to counties and state agencies throughout the western United States.
ERO has provided 1041 permitting support on behalf of counties as a third-party reviewer and for project proponents to assist in application submittal. Because the level of information required for 1041 applications is similar to the required information for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) impact assessments, ERO seamlessly incorporates NEPA data into 1041 applications.
