Garth Smith – Associate

Garth has been working since 1996 as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professional specializing in environmental impact analysis and map production, as well as the development of stand-alone GIS products.  His software skills include Microsoft Office, Microstation, AutoCAD, and ESRI’s suite of GIS products.  Garth also has written sections of environmental documents and permits.
