The women of ERO recently continued their annual winter tradition with a hut trip to the Sister’s Hut in Breckenridge, Colorado. This year’s destination offered a remote and scenic escape at 11,473 feet, reached by a 3.7-mile snowshoe trek through snowy alpine terrain.
The group spent two nights at the hut, enjoying home-cooked group meals, scenic views, and the chance to relax and reconnect. Activities included puzzles, games, exploring the surrounding woods, and even building a snow octopus—a testament to the creativity and camaraderie shared on the trip.
This annual outing has become a meaningful opportunity for team bonding, reflection, and fun in the Colorado high country. ERO is proud to support traditions like this that foster community and strengthen team connections beyond the workplace.
