Dave Shaw

Dave is an engineer who manages ERO’s Idaho office. His experience in water resources began in 1973 and ranges from planning and project development to regulatory, legislative, and administrative issues. Dave serves as manager or lead scientist for a variety of projects. He specializes in the water arena and has extensive experience in water supply and use studies, water rights evaluations and the water rights administrative process, alternatives dispute resolution, technical coordination of complex litigation, and expert testimony. In addition, Dave has expertise in a broad range of natural resource-based engineering and hydrology solutions such as managed ground water recharge operations, drainage systems, multijurisdiction water management, and common sense solutions for everyday needs.
