Charly Hoehn – Associate

Charly joined ERO in 2022, bringing extensive expertise in project management, contract negotiations, and NEPA compliance. She leads project teams through construction and implementation phases, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. Charly has provided vital services to Colorado government agencies and has significant experience in Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting, Endangered Species Act compliance, and CDPHE water quality regulations.
