Front Desk/Fleet Coordinator Denver, Colorado

Are you skilled at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines? If this sounds like you, ERO Resources Corporation (ERO) wants you on our team! We are seeking a Front Desk/Fleet Coordinator for our Lakewood, Colorado office.
This position is a part-time in-office role. An ideal schedule will be 4-hour blocks up to 20 hours per week. The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $24.00 commensurate with experience.

Minimum Education and Experience
- High school diploma.
- Six months performing similar job duties.
About the Job
Front Desk and Office Management (50% of time)
- Greet and provide information to clients and visitors.
- Route calls, emails, and mail to appropriate staff.
- Manage document production for project reports/documentation, including printing, binding, and mailing.
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms and assist with special events.
- Handle travel arrangements for staff upon request.
- Maintain the kitchen area including preparing coffee and restocking snacks and kitchen supplies.
- Order office supplies and restock as needed.
- Act as main contact for mailings, courier, FedEx, and other shipping/package management.
- Coordinate and assist with repairs to the office or equipment.
- Basic assembly of furniture is a plus.
- Perform data entry/digital file management duties. Assist with the existing system for hard copy files, including archiving.
Fleet Management (25-50% of time)
- Assist with management of ERO’s 12 vehicles.
- Ensure daily vehicle checks, manage milage logs, and ensure cleanliness of vehicles.
- Schedule and track maintenance.
- Drive vehicles to and from appointments.
- Ensure vehicle supplies and equipment are stocked.
- Assist with processing of registrations and insurance.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to organize projects, track processes, prioritize, and multitask.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Responsive customer service approach.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the company.
- Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license.
- Must have a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements
Applicants must be physically capable and possess the skills necessary to perform all aspects of the role. This position is primarily office-based, involves exposure to computer screens, and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Includes lifting up to 15 pounds, sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing, and repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands, and fingers.
