Kay Wall is ERO's Technical Editor with over 20 years of experience in editing and word processing, and is expert in the use of numerous programs. She adapts quickly to new computer hardware and software, and provides immediate solutions to software problems. Kay is experienced in application, document, and system conversion, and also has extensive experience in revising, editing and transcribing documents and meeting tight deadlines. Prior to joining ERO Resources, Kay worked as a word processor, legal secretary, and a training, application and document support manager. In her capacity as a training manager, she developed a training program for her company's computer users and co-authored a training manual for Windows 2000.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Legal Experience. Kay prepared and edited litigation and bankruptcy pleadings and real estate documents, drafted and transcribed correspondence, and organized and assembled pleadings. She also was responsible for proofreading legal documents and converting corporate filings with the SEC into the correct format. She prioritized work assignments to meet deadlines, answered application questions, formatted scanned documents, and resolved technical and editing problems.

Training, Application and Document Support. Kay managed all aspects of in-house training for a law firm in Denver. She created materials for classes, including manuals and quick reference guides and created a training web page. In addition, she also co-authored the firm's style guide so that documents could be produced in a consistent manner. She trained new employees, customized orientation schedules on software, and acted as a help-desk resource on both formatting and technical issues.
