Kathy Croll is an archaeologist and project manager for ERO Resources out of our Durango office. Kathy has worked as a professional contract archaeologist for over 10 years. She received her Master's degree in Anthropology in 2000 from the Department of Anthropology at the University of New Mexico and is currently working on her PhD in archaeology at the University of New Mexico. Kathy has experience at all levels of contract archaeology including project design, implementation, and report compilation. She has taught classes at the university level on world archaeology, archaeological theory, field techniques, and laboratory techniques in archaeology.

Results of the Class II Cultural Resource Inventory of the Canyons North Planned Development, Douglas County, Colorado. Crew Chief – Class II survey of 3500 acres. Responsible for field supervision, NRHP assessments, management recommendations, and report preparation. On-going

Cultural Resource Inventory of Private Lands Proposed for Brush Management, Lincoln and Socorro Counties, New Mexico, Natural Resource Conservation Service. Field Director- Class III survey of 4,500 acres, Responsible for field supervision, NRHP assessments, management recommendations, and report preparation. Four separate reports were generated: Gallo Arroyo, May Tank, Lee Tank, and Polecat Draw project areas. Completed May 2006

Cultural Resource Inventory of the Highline Phase I Hazardous Fuel Reduction Project, Montezuma County, Colorado, Bureau of Land Management. Crew Chief- Class III survey of 780 acres, Responsible for field supervision, NRHP assessments, recommendation, report preparation. Completed February 2006.

Phase I Archaeological Survey within the Composite Weapons Safety Footprint on the Claiborne Range, Kisatchie National Forest, Louisiana. Archaeological Field Technician-Survey of 3188 acres; Responsibilities included: archaeological field surveys and site recording, Data entry, Photography, Report preparation. Completed June 2005.

Jackson Hole Bison Dig, Goetz Site, Earthwatch Institute. Archaeologist. Responsibilities included: Instructed volunteers on archaeological field and lab procedures, Supervised volunteers. Ongoing PhD research of Ken Cannon.
