She has over six years of experience assisting with Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting, wetland mitigation monitoring, and Endangered Species Act (ESA) compliance for transportation, water resource, and development projects.

Summary of Experience

Disturbed Land Reclamation and Vegetation Monitoring. Jenelle has extensive experience in disturbed land reclamation including studies in rangeland improvement and restoration ecology, and implementation of erosion and sediment control measures, native plant restoration, and mine reclamation. She has designed invasive plant and rangeland monitoring programs and conducted vegetation studies such as vegetation monitoring data collection, vegetation inventories and community descriptions, and noxious weed investigations.

Wetlands Delineations, Section 404 Permitting, and Mitigation. Jenelle has conducted wetland functional assessments and delineations, and assisted clients with obtaining both Section 404 Nationwide and Individual permits, developing mitigation plans, and conducting wetland mitigation monitoring. She has also supervised construction of stream channel improvements and wetland mitigation projects.
