Jack Denman, a principal and environmental scientist with ERO, has 7 years consulting experience in the environmental field, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, site characterization and monitoring, surface and subsurface soil and ground water investigations, contamination excavation, remediation system design, installation, and operation, and solid and hazardous waste management. Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Completed numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments throughout Colorado and western Kansas for rural, residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Clients have included city and county agencies, developers, lending institutions, and commercial and industrial businesses. Site Characterization/Remediation. Conducted dozens of Phase II Environmental Site Assessments based on both ERO and third-party information to determine type and extent of soil and or ground water contamination for sites contaminated with petroleum or chlorinated hydrocarbons, metals, pesticides or herbicides. Familiar with construction and operation of various remediation systems, including: air sparge, soil vapor extraction, chemical injection, and ground water recovery and treatment. Petroleum Storage Tank Management. Conducted underground storage tank investigations, including site assessments, closures, removals, and cleanups and prepared Site Characterization Reports, Corrective Action Plans, and No Further Action Requests for state review and approval. |
