| The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requires the assessment of effects of proposed federal actions on natural, social, historic, and cultural resources, which are all subject to NEPA compliance. NEPA documents assist decision makers by evaluating the potential effects of federal actions on the environment. The analysis is disclosed in a categorical exclusion, an environmental assessment (EA), or an environmental impact statement (EIS).
NEPA services provided by ERO include:
- Wetland delineation, mitigation, and permitting
- Biological assessment for threatened, endangered, and special concern species
- Cultural resource evaluations
- NEPA review
- Categorical Exclusion
